KTEV-TV Texarkana is the ArkLaTex only minority owned and operated, 24-hour TV station. We are committed to providing quality programming for the entire family. Our vision is to inform, entertain, and empower urban communities with responsible family-friendly programming.
The station is an affiliate of Mulholland Media Group Corporation. KTEV-TV broadcasts 7 days a week - 24 hours a day and is currently seen over the air on UHF Channel 19 and on CableOne Channel 15. The station prides itself on carrying more live local programming than any other station in the ArkLaTex area and it also covers more special events such as high school sports, festivals, dedications and community events of every description for all of the ArkLaTex. KTEV-TV began broadcasting over the air in January 2007. The principal staff are well-seasoned in the television business.
Al Davis
President & CEO
Al Davis, co-owner, president and CEO of KTEV-TV, graduated from Grambling State University with a BS in Business Education. He received a MBA from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, CA in 1972. Al was the co-owner and operator of KTOY Radio Station, 104.7 in Texarkana, TX 1992-2005. He worked in the wholesale beer distributing business from 1970-1988 in Los Angeles, CA. His hobbies are watching sports and playing golf. He is a 25+ year veteran law enforcement activist and volunteer.
Delphynne Davis
Vice President & CFO
Delphynne Jones Davis, co-owner of KTEV-TV, serves as the station vice president and chief financial officer. Mrs. Davis received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a Masters of Science in Reading from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, CA. She is a retired educator of the Los Angeles Unified School District and a California Certified Reading Specialist. She and her husband, Al, founded KTEV-TV in 2007.
Rodney Davis
General Sales Manager
Rodney B. Davis, serves as General Sales Manager for KTEV-TV. He has 20 plus years in Radio & Television Sales. Affectionately known as "McGuyver" because of all of his technological tools and toy's Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Grambling State University. He enjoys playing golf, skiing, officiating NCAA basketball, youth football, photography, sound production and video.
Pelvin Gamble
Operations Manager
Pelvin Gamble is the Operational Manager here at KTEV-TV. His duties include
in-studio and location filming in addition to editing and programming. Pelvin also has a background in accounting and worked for many years with KTOY Radio in the traffic and billing department. He enjoys all aspects of the Television industry but the creative freedom of editing is his passion.
